Ann’s Gluten Free Gravy
Pour off all but 2 Tblsp pan drippings from pan.
Add 2 cups water or broth.
Cook over medium heat stirring to loosen browned bits.
Mix 2 Tblsp potato starch or rice flour and ¼ cup cold water until smooth. Stir into pan. Add desired seasoning. Stirring constantly bring to boil over medium heat and boil one minute.
(For a larger quantity, use the same proportions of potato starch(rice flour)/cold water to broth.)
